Why It Matters

Compliance

Global buyers — especially those selling in Europe, North America and Australia — face increasing regulatory and consumer pressure to source from ethical, sustainable, certified suppliers.

Every certification we hold is verifiable through the issuing body's online registry. We provide full documentation with every order, and welcome third-party audits at any time.

Common Questions

Certification FAQs

Can I verify your certifications independently?
+
Yes. All our certifications can be verified directly on the issuing body's public registry. Oeko-Tex certificates can be checked at oeko-tex.com, and Sedex membership can be verified through the Sedex platform. We provide our certificate numbers on request.
Do all your products carry all certifications?
+
Not every product carries every certification — it depends on the material and construction. Oeko-Tex applies to all cotton products. Sedex membership covers all products through the SMETA audit framework. We clearly indicate applicable certifications per product line and can supply specific certification documentation for your order.
Can I request a SMETA or third-party audit?
+
Absolutely. As a Sedex member, we facilitate SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) at any time. We also welcome SGS, Bureau Veritas and other third-party inspections. Our factory is always open to buyer visits — simply arrange in advance.
Can you produce certified custom/OEM orders?
+
Yes. For custom and private label orders, we can produce to Oeko-Tex standards using certified input materials. All certification paperwork is issued in your brand name where applicable. Discuss your requirements with our export team.
How current are your certifications?
+
All certifications are actively maintained and renewed on schedule. We proactively renew before expiry and update buyers of any changes. Current certificate copies with validity dates are available on request at any time.
