Every product starts with the right raw material. We source premium cotton, linen, recycled polyester and organic fibres exclusively from certified suppliers who meet our strict quality and sustainability criteria.
Our in-house weaving facility handles everything from plain-weave basics to complex jacquard patterns. Dyeing is done with reactive and azo-free dyes — colourfast, wash-resistant and compliant with international safety standards.
We offer reactive print, digital print and screen print capabilities. From botanical florals to geometric block prints — our design team can work with your artwork files or develop new designs from your brief.
Precision cutting using CAD patterns ensures zero fabric waste and dimensional consistency across every unit. Our stitching floor handles all seam constructions — chain stitch, lock stitch, overlock and decorative finishes.
Every single unit passes through our multi-point QC checklist before packaging. We also offer third-party inspection services through SGS and Bureau Veritas on request — giving buyers complete confidence before shipment.
Products are packed to buyer specifications — retail-ready poly bags, inner cartons, master cartons with barcodes, and all shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin and compliance documents.
